We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, we may also provide return shipping details or a return label. Please note that any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please send all approved returns back to the address from which you received your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved), and then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
